I don't recommend it; the manager acts like she owns the place, and honestly, she is terrible at customer service bad manager
This is now called Irving Park. Lived here from 2008 til 2017. Horrible experience. That's where I lived and no, I couldn't do better at the time. Always turning the water off, quite a few times there was no hot water. Old cabinets, at the time there was carpet, took them til 2014 to remove the ripped worn out carpet. Safety was a concern, many times it was completely dark.
