I like The luxury house.. but too expensive!
Think twice before buying at Cielo by Shea Homes. I moved into my brand-new home on Drumbeat Street just a few months ago. Shea Homes has now slashed prices by nearly $1 million. Right after move-in, every house on our street had their electrical breakers stolen. Yes—the entire street. I spent nearly $3,000 out of pocket to fix it. No response, no accountability. Just “market forces” and silence. Buyers like me feel betrayed—financially and emotionally. This is my personal experience and opinion.
