My best friend had a horrible experience at the office at this apartment. Read the contract and the agreement. Unfriendly office staff. I wouldn't recommend this place even to a homeless people. They need to re train their front office people or better yet replace them. They know very little and they don't give you the full important information that you'll need. Have them break down every charges and make sure to question them.
Need to move in two weeks, and I’m an AVID review reader because who better than the tenants to tell you what’s going on at the place, and here it is EVERY one of their tenants is PISSED! And in their response, IF they respond, they really don’t seem to care! I’ve got less than two weeks to move and even in a crunch, it’s a no for me!
I should've read the reviews first before stepping a foot at this location. Good thing I haven't paid much to fully commit at this apt. If you don't have your list of questions then you got no chance defending yourself. So many hidden information. Be careful it will get you. I don't find the staff fully competent.
