Management is terrible. I felt discriminated and harassed by the management team. I had recently renewed my lease with the intention of fulfilling it. Due to my uncomfortablility I decided it was best I ended the lease. Thank you Cielo apartments. Don’t move here!
Apartment is clean when I moved in everything was good I'm going to turn in a report that one of the cabinets in the kitchen is loose and the sink on the right sides not draining very well but the main problem is I've been in this apartment for 3 days without codes to my Wi-Fi and my cable for my TV that's why you only get four stars they were supposed to email me the codes on the day I moved in and today is Sunday tomorrow is Monday and if I don't get the codes tomorrow then I'll have to go see the office and I have not rec... read more
My best friend had a horrible experience at the office at this apartment. Read the contract and the agreement. Unfriendly office staff. I wouldn't recommend this place even to a homeless people. They need to re train their front office people or better yet replace them. They know very little and they don't give you the full important information that you'll need. Have them break down every charges and make sure to question them.
