I've been living here going on 3 yesrs and I have to say that CIELO has definitely stepped up. I know I don't speak for myself when I say that the maintenance is doing a stellar job as well as the super friendly service in the resident office. I had literally been made cry by the previous staff and had been suffering from severe anxiety. Thanks to Stephanie,Cathy,Toni, Elliot and the rest of the staff...I no longer do. THANKS CIELO☺️
I think we're aware being cheated for the water, trash, sewer and pest control. They want to throw fees higher than the standard bill then say it is from three months back instead of current Bill to Aug.Something is very wrong with this company.
Lived here for 2yrs will not be renewing my lease I've had nothinv but issues especially with Priscilla Ortiz she has very poor people skills ever since she has been property manager she has problems with other residences. Just very rude and disrespectful
