After having a lot of issues with my teeth over the years I was referred to Long Grove Dental. The staff is amazing not only in customer service but very knowledgeable about all aspects of insurance/Medicare. Office is immaculate, the technicians are friendly and have excellent skills and Dr. De Mars explains several options carefully. I have total confidence and am thrilled to find such a wonderful team!
The staff and dentist are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and explain everything. Would recommend to Anyone. The dentist treat my kids if they were her own. Cannot say enough positive comments. You won’t be disappointed.
I recently found Long Grove Dental Studio through my insurance company. I've been a bit skeptical with my recent attempts to find an office I want to stick with, but this office does not disappoint. Everyone on staff is wonderful. They run their office on time, it is exceptionally clean, and the staff is very friendly and extremely competent. I am a person who cried tears with just cleanings prior to meeting this group. I dealt with the pain of a broken tooth for almost a year rather than go to the dentist. I tried three places, and walked out of the last place. These places were, I am sure, fine for most... but they are not anywhere near as spectacular and special as Long Grove Dental Studio. My family and I came here for the first time today and could not be happier!! The entire staff is so incredibly friendly, personable, kind, helpful, etc. They truly provide such a welcoming, comfortable environment! Not only were they kind and courteous to myself and my husband, but they went above and beyond to accommodate my 2 young children (3 years & 1+ year).
