Living here has been a great experience! Hassan is always quick to respond and takes care of any requests right away he really goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Angela is wonderful too she’s always warm, professional, and makes you feel right at home. Together they make a great team and really care about the residents. Highly recommend this place!
I like this gated apartment the pool and the gym , it is advertised as a SMOKE FREE community , building 5000 smells like WEED ALL THE TIME , people don’t respect motorcycle parking lots various cars almost hit my bike by parking very close multiple times management attention is needed on these matters I would like to hear from someone soon and the fact that I need to pay extra $40 for a parking lot is a bit crazy isn’t it ! Very polite and understanding staff! Very responsive to any questions or concerns and the residents are all very friendly. Best part is how well maintained everything is.
This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. They have a very high standard of living and the amenities are INCREDIBLE. They host awesome events and really understand the sense of community. Love living here! Will 10/10 always recommend.
Out of all the apartment communities I have lived in, the Ciel is levels above the rest. The apartments are built with great quality and I barely even remember I have neighbors. When their is a maintenance issue, they are always quick to come identify the problem and fix it typically with 24 hours. The complex is very clean and kept up. Finally, the Ciel’s office staff is not only professional, but they are also so friendly and welcoming to talk to. I would recommend the Ciel to anyone looking for a new residence.
