The hair color seems good, but I was surprised that my hair got trimmed quite a lot . I did a digital perm and hair cut 1 month ago, so today I only wanted just a small trim. I think the hair dresser really think my hair was too thick and too many and I can tell she is a confident lady with strong opinions. I had a wonderful first visit to Ciel Lincoln. The hair looks absolutely incredible. The stylist was very attentive and took all my preferences, and the results exceeded all expectations. I'm absolutely glad I chose this place. I'll definitely be back!
Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I asked for 1.5 inches off my very long hair and a trim for my side bangs. I specifically mentioned I like to curl my hair regularly and would like to keep my long layers. I stopped her midway through the cut because she was cutting too much hair. When I told her it was too short, she got defensive and insisted that she had to cut it shorter to connect with my bangs.
