I do NOT recommend CIDology. This company does not seem to know what they are doing. In my opinion, they do sub-standard work. I recommend you take your business elsewhere if you value your time and property. Here is an example of their incomplete work with emphasis on the jagged screws at ground level:
I’d like to see CIDology do better at creating consistent and meaningful customer communication esp if there are long delays in projects that may or may not be out of their control. They seem to keep HOA expenses in mind and seem knowledgeable in their trade. Hopefully they continue to take ownership of their mistakes and improve on doing things right the first time around. I have worked with Cidology since 2014 on various HOA construction projects. I find them to be a fair and reputable project management firm. We will continue to use them in the future and also for doing HOA reserve analysis yearly.
