We have had a positive experience living at Cider Mill. The property itself is well maintained, but I want to specifically highlight the superintendent, Kendall Ellington. He is consistently responsive, professional, and reliable whenever an issue comes up. Repairs and maintenance are handled quickly and thoroughly, and his dependable presence makes a real difference in the quality of living here. Having someone on site who is attentive and trustworthy adds significant value to the community.
Sometimes, you just know when a place feels right. That’s exactly how we felt during our visit to this community. Karla was incredibly kind and professional, making us even more confident in our decision. We can’t wait to start this new chapter in our new home this summer!
We have been at Cider Mill for 3 years….. moved in to brand new construction. While we have had some issues with noise from upstairs neighbors, since day 1, we have found that KENDALL ELLINGTON (property superintendent) has been responsive, reliable, trustworthy and timely. Never a compliant, always courteous and upbeat, Kendall is absolutely a highlight of the community!
I love being at Cider Mill. However what makes this place so enjoyable is the dependability of Kendall Ellington who is the property superintendent. Every time there was something wrong I was able to call him and at a moments notice and he was there to help. No matter how big or how small the job Kendall was always there to help. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication Kendall gives to the tenants at Cider Mill. He has really made my time here enjoyable.
My wife and I recently had the pleasure of visiting this community, and we were absolutely impressed. We normally don’t write reviews but because of the great experience we had we had to! The townhouses are not only beautifully designed but also exceptionally spacious and seemed of great quality. Karla went above and beyond in assisting us and answering our questions. Karla was professional, very knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable with the information she provided.
