I am closing my new home next week at the Cider grove community in Huntley. I would like to acknowledge that I am very happy with my new home purchase. We want to warn future buyers to carefully review the HOA rules and management before buying here. Our experience with the HOA chosen for this community has been very frustrating. We have received violations for issues such as garbage cans stored on the side of the house, garden supports that are not visible from the street, and questions about shed approval before installation even started.
