This organization took over our condominium about a year ago and there have been some improvements. However, it’s pulling teeth to get anything done for owners. I came to complain about Lindsay and I was sad to see that she's been so mean to many other clients. She gets mad over the simplest things and seems to want us to do everything her way or she becomes incredibly hostile. She doesn't seem to have strong enough reading comprehension skills, as we provided her with important information from the beginning and she still got angry because she "didn't know" about things.
