I came to complain about Lindsay and I was sad to see that she's been so mean to many other clients. She gets mad over the simplest things and seems to want us to do everything her way or she becomes incredibly hostile. CID Management is a Bay Area gem. We are so lucky to have found Toni, Lindsay, and their team. They are smart, responsive, savvy, and also very personable and fun to work with. They are also REALLY good at their job and very helpful. As the president of my HOA in Pleasant Hill, we have had bad experiences with HOA management companies in the past.
