This organization took over our condominium about a year ago and there have been some improvements. However, it’s pulling teeth to get anything done for owners. They must’ve pulled the receptionist desk staff out from a retirement village the way they act on the phone. Customer service? What is that? Emergency line? That’s a suggestion. I am a neighboring resident to your community, and I’m reaching out regarding the continuous construction noise that has been occurring since March 2025. The construction has been happening Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., every single day for the past eight months.
