I have dealt with HOAs for many years but my experience with Jackie today was exceptional. She made navigating the portal easy and I was able to make several changes that I had been confused about. She also answered my call right away so there was no time lost in waiting to make contact.
I’m the HOA president of our complex at Glenbrook West! It has been a pleasure working with Rachel Bernhard in just a short time she accomplished work on our site that had been on hold for a year such a caring person and now she is leaving we have been with cid consortium LLC with just one prior manager. Many changes right now but we like this company so we will give them a chance and stay where we are! They are losing a treasure by not having Rachel Thank you
The absolute WORST management company I have ever worked with. Calls and emails go unanswered, meetings canceled, vendors paid before work is completed or fixed, etc. If you enjoy wasting your time, sign on with CID!
We had broken sprinklers in front of our home and Mandy Wideman helped us out immediately with our issue, with the sprinklers being worked on the very next day. We really appreciated Mandy forwarding any updates from the groundskeeping company on the status of the sprinklers and her overall support!
Marcie was very nice and accommodating. She helped me work through my situation in a timely manner. Thank you Marcie!
