Marcie has been amazing to work with. She's always attentive, responds incredibly fast, and genuinely cares about helping residents. I have to edit my review again, because this company keeps getting worse and worse. I've been working directly with Brenda Lynch, I sent her the attached photo of my rosebush growing over the sidewalk and she said it's "not obstructing the pedestrian path". I'm pretty sure she's using AI to respond to emails, because no one in their right mind would say that rose bush with HUGE thorns is fine to grow other the sidewalk. I have dealt with HOAs for many years but my experience with Jackie today was exceptional. She made navigating the portal easy and I was able to make several changes that I had been confused about. She also answered my call right away so there was no time lost in waiting to make contact.

I’m the HOA president of our complex at Glenbrook West! It has been a pleasure working with Rachel Bernhard in just a short time she accomplished work on our site that had been on hold for a year such a caring person and now she is leaving we have been with cid consortium LLC with just one prior manager. Many changes right now but we like this company so we will give them a chance and stay where we are! They are losing a treasure by not having Rachel Thank you
