My wheelchair-bound mother couldn't enter Cici's because a homeless man blocked the walkway. I asked the manager for help, but she refused to leave her post and told me to ask the man to move myself. This response seems inadequate; the manager should have called security or the police. Such situations are bad for business and customer safety.
