I don't like the staff, I go there every week with my daughters. But few of the staff are just too annoying . They come to table every 2 min wanting to pick up plates. Or the other guy behind the front counter keeps walking with me along the salad bar and watching my plate n talking Short: Need space

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I genuinely feel like I got robbed. My total was around $20, I handed the cashier $6 cash while my friend was paying the rest on his card, but his card declined at first because he had to move money into the account. Instead of waiting literally one minute, the cashier started helping the next people in line while STILL keeping my $6. Another great pizza buffet at Cici's. The food was fresh and the staff made sure our table was cleaned after each trip to the buffet. The manager also asked us if everything was good with our visit. I appreciate the variety of pizza they had ready and that they will make your favorite on demand.
