By far the worst experience I've had from all locations. It started with the cashier, who was rude and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. The entire atmosphere at this location felt hostile and unwelcoming. The pasta was severely undercooked and so hard that my son couldn't eat it. When I spoke to the manager (the bald headed one) about the dessert pizza, he told me they only put out the apple pizza if someone specifically requests it. I ordered some cinnamon rolls and they literally pulled them off of the buffet instead of cooking my own order. I don’t even leave negative reviews like tht but cmon now.
