Took the grandchildren to eat pizza after an event today on 7/17/25 . I sat a different table and noticed an employee which turned out to be the manager. And as I figured out what was going on my grand daughter had put soda inside a water cup the manager was hollowing at my grand daughter no my granddaughter should have not put the soda in the water cup ( I payed for the drink )and a I addressed that that it was wrong to my granddaughter. we went around 8pm to eat some pizza. And while me and my group were grabbing drinks the manger came and yelled at a teenage girl about a drink. They started putting food up around 8:30 and the food area where they serve the food, along with the steam table was nasty. the manager was rude and was mocking his customers. He acted like he didn’t cared and just laughed. this place was a 0 for me i do not recommend this location. after we started to leave out the manger was laughing as if it was a joke.
Awesome customer service
My all-african church has recently come by for a fun visit to this store, but has been greeted by nothing but rude behavior from the bald-headed manager himself on both encounters (both during the 5th - 9th grade trip and the 4th - 2nd grade trip.)
