The manager Jose, is really awesome and has great customer service! One of my favorite spots!
Service is great, employees are friendly, food is fresh, pans are rarely empty even during rush hours. Been coming here since it opened. That was 8 months ago, nothing has changed except faces. Still great service and food.
My family and I visited Cici’s Pizza around 6:30 PM on a Wednesday, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. Despite the restaurant being open until 10:00 PM, staff had already cordoned off three-quarters of the dining area. Most of the dining room was already shut down for cleaning. New customers were literally struggling to find a place to sit. On top of that, the restrooms were a mess—clogged and poorly labeled.
