We tried to eat there today after church. I went to find seating for our family of ten. I went to sit down while my husband paid for us to eat. After I sat down a Cici member changed the sign from "Seat Yourself" to "Wait to be Seated". Mind you I followed the directions of the sign. Josh, assistant manager, bullied me and ridiculed me for sitting down at a table. Facility was very nice and clean. The food was very good and the service was great. Best cici’s I have ever eaten at. I loved how nice the staff was as well. Had a great experience all around.
It was an amazing experience. Clean and great service. It was packed and the line was out the door but there wasn't 1 time I seen an empty pan on the buffet. We had 8 in our group and it didn't take long to get a seat. Thanks so much!

My husband and I just had dinner here and we were so disappointed in the food. The pizzas were undercooked. The crust was soggy and undercooked. Everything on the buffet was undercooked, even the desserts. The brownies were basically raw batter. The food was so undercooked it was inedible. We will never go back to the Rogers location. If you want to eat at Cici’s go to the Fayetteville one. The Fayetteville location is consistently good and offers a better variety. Don’t waste your time and money at the Rogers location.
