I stopped by Cicis today (first time getting food from there). I got 2 slices of pizza and ordered a 5 piece chicken wings order to go. On my way home I ate one slice of the pizza and wanted to try one of wings. The moment I opened the lid from the container I smell something awful. I put the container to my nose and almost vomited. When I entered the restaurant I was immediately greeted by the woman at the counter. She was more than welcoming & ready to assist. Even offered to bring out a fresh pepperoni pizza for me & my son. I will definitely be back soon & hope to see Zhana there.

When I visit an establishment, I expect to be greeted with professionalism and good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience during this visit was very disappointing. The employee who assisted my mother and me was unwelcoming, rude, and appeared uninterested in helping customers. My children enjoy coming here, but experiences like this make me reconsider returning.
