We were there today and had a great experience. The staff was extremely friendly, food and pizza fresh and good, the manager or owner..was very kind and personable. Atmosphere for a Cici's is better than most. We will be back.

I have ate at SEVERAL Cici's locations. This was BY FAR the worse place I have EVER been too. I always take my kids to Cici's, since the price is fairly decent. I walked in, paid to an employee that rang me up incorrectly and spoke hardly any english. We sat down and went to get the drinks.. the games are so close to the drinks that it was cluttered with kids. Went to get the food... no selection. The pizza was disgusting and cold. Get what you pay for. We got there about 3:30 and got right in. About 10 tables occupied and 20-25 tables with dirty plates/cups covering them. No bussing of tables at all. Pizzas were average at best. At $17.50 for two, much better to do a $10 Pizza Hut!

Do not eat at Cici's at Atlantic, they have ROACHES !!! My child and i went to eat there, after i got my pizza, i went to get my salad. I notice a tiny ROACH crawling by the salad. My child and i put our plates on the table. I went to the cashier to let her know there was a roach by the salad bar. While i was waiting for her, i looked down on the floor inside the work area and seen a large plastic container that had slices of pizza i assume old pizza stacked about 12 inches high ( wonder why they have ROACHES ). All u can eat at its best – All the good pizza, salad, soup and desert u can eat. This place is always buzzing with positive energy from its employees. They even have free wi-fi. Now when will all the other food joints realize the pulling power of free wi-fi? The place is always clean. The batroom are a step beyond fast food joints bathrooms, and always clean.

Good food, Bad management. – I must say that I have been coming here for while now and have noticed how the service has greatly decreased over time. The food is alright. There is a good selection to choose from and if you want a pizza that isn't there just ask the employee working at the pizza bar for the desired type. Unfortunately, these recent managers that have come here lately seem very hostile towards customers and even towards their own employees, it seems. No smiles, no greetings, no good atmosphere. This location has gone down fast!!!!!! – I used to go to this location with my kids almost every week. The manager saw us coming and put in our special orders before we even had a chance to ask. It was a very pleasant experience for both my children and myself. Then they remodeled the place and a short time after, the manager that had become like a friend of ours left.
