As much as stars can be misleading. I think it’s important to examine the reason. I’m a father of two under 10. My wife and I view the experience as a reward for our children, just like our parents when we were kids. This evening was “too much”. We were asked by staff 9 times if we had any plates we were finished with. Twice is fine. Nine feels like a rush.
