I cant find the words to express the level of knowledge, service and professionalism the team at Cicio offered from day 1. If you want the job done right the 1st time you have pay these guys a visit! Great job guys!!
I brought my 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo S to Cicio Performance for a full 10-year service — every fluid flushed and changed, including the PDK. I had previously used them years ago under different ownership and had a great experience, but unfortunately this visit was the complete opposite. After they started work, they called to say the original quote was wrong and asked for more money to finish the job. I am glad these guys are not closer to me, or I would have a lot more work done to my C8…could not be happier with the work and the people and the customer service…
So many reason not to recommend. charging for work they didnt even do. damaged the vehicle. tune was garbage. lean codes bank 1 and 2 that were hidden smh. Said the vehicle didn't agree with them and admitted tuner didn't know how to tune for the cams they added at the time. Dafuq
Amazing shop, I always take my cars to them, not only because they give you quality work but also because their customer service and support is amazing.
