Took my GT-R back in 2023 for the C800 package, took it back again for the C1300 package and the service both times have been great! Ryan got me set up with the C800 package and was great dealing with. Luis got me locked in with the C1300 package. Andrew finished the rest and got me reassured the rest of the process! These guys have been great to deal with and were beyond patient with me, especially with all my bombarding questions! Thanks so much you guys for helping me along my journey!
After my purchase I sadly get the impression Cicio doesn't care too much for its international customers Waited over 3 weeks for a in stock item no tracking provided even after chasing & very little in the way of updates When querying my order once arrived I no longer recieved responses, was hoping for continued business for 2 GTRs in the build stage but it seems they just aren't interested
So this review gets an edit from five star to three star. My car, a 2022 C8 Stingray. The package installed was the Cicio C1100 twin turbo package, aprox $100,000 (which is no longer advertised for sale). The problems arose from the first week from taking delivery. Not shifting correctly, poor low speed drivability, throwing CEL’s. I contacted my contact at Cicio, Nathan via email to explain the situation within the first seven days.
