"I want to share my experience with Dr. Jones and it was a NEGATIVE experience for me. After a visit I felt disgusted and dissatisfied.The doctor seemed dismissive of my questions and didn't take the time to explain my diagnosis thoroughly, even interrupted me. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I also felt that the doctor's communication skills were poor and didn't show a genuine concern for my well-being.
Met with Dr. Jones for the first time today to help my 92 year grandmother. DO NOT COME SEE THIS PHYSICIAN. She is rude and arrogant and did not want to hear us out. Her lack of patience was clearly evident during this visit. She yelled at us and said she has to constantly repeat herself and she does not want to deal with us. She was completely unprofessional and I am beyond frustrated at the service we just received.
(Update: LOL at all the very clearly solicited 5 star reviews in the last 3 months since I posted mine. They are very clearly targeted at the negative reviews, and this would be hilarious if it wasn’t so desperate and crooked. Take a look at the one star from late December, while you’re at it. This woman is dangerous and horrid, and I do not believe for one moment that “Ami” recommended her to so many people and never heard a negative word. Just look at the reviews! Absolutely the worst physician we have encountered. She took terrible care of our family member at Edwards. I would never recommend her especially since she told the family she does not care about safety, and yelled at the patient and his spouse. If you ever encounter her just know she doesn’t care about you as a patient and would rather you end up in the ER than take care of you.
Dr. Jones was very patient with me and answered all of my questions
