Dr Jones and her Np are always sweet. Dr J is thorough with her exams and does not make me Feel rushed. The front desk is especially helpful with any prescriptions or referrals we might need.
Horrible experience with this doctor. She visited my mom at least 3 times in the nursing home for months regarding a rash. Finally after 3 months my mom was taken to a dermatologist and it turned out to be a very serious infection. DR JONES claimed to be “watching” this rash she does not know what she is doing and was extremely rude. She needs to retire and please stop sending her to local nursing homes to treat the vulnerable seniors!
I love my doctor. She is the best even Magie I never had a problem with nobody there everybody treats you well and are straightforward with you. I recommend them

"I want to share my experience with Dr. Jones and it was a NEGATIVE experience for me. After a visit I felt disgusted and dissatisfied.The doctor seemed dismissive of my questions and didn't take the time to explain my diagnosis thoroughly, even interrupted me. I felt my concerns were not taken seriously. I also felt that the doctor's communication skills were poor and didn't show a genuine concern for my well-being.
