I had an AMAZING experience here!! I have never been at such a clean nail salon and the attention to detail of my nail tech just made everything so much better! I 100% recommend coming here!!
I had several negative experiences at Cici Nail and Spa. Tina treated me poorly and I felt completely disrespected. It seemed as though she treated customers differently based on their ethnicity, which was both upsetting and unprofessional. When I politely requested her to fix an issue on multiple occasions, she became visibly frustrated and began yelling at me. It was evident that she didn’t care about providing quality customer service or respecting her customers.
Professional, quick, and well priced! Highly recommend!
My friends and I came here to get our nails done for my birthday, and we absolutely loved how it turned out. The visit was quick within an hour for the three of us. Tina and Tim were very friendly and good. We definitely will come back!
