I've been a regular client for roughly 4-5 years, and have always had a great experience! Tina and the staff do a wonderful job. I get acrylics with gel polish and they last for 2 weeks or longer with no issues. I call ahead and and have little to no wait. Highly recommended!

Absolutely wonderful place ran by very polite ladies, she took her time, didn't cut my cuticles open (as most places seem to) and she even massaged my hands afterwards with amazing scented oils and lotions. If you want an affordable manicure, definitely stop by!! Tip them well, they work very hard! <3

I took my chances and walked in early morning, I’ve never been here before. Needed mani/pedi for vacation and was extremely happy. The young girl was pleasant, knowledgeable and the place was clean and well stocked. She took her time and did best mani pedi I’ve ever had in Horseheads. I have been to all nail salons in Horseheads and Cici’s is absolutely the best! Fair priced, and manager made sure everyone was happy! Kudos to Cici Nail Spa.
