Always a great experience with my technician Sarah- she is so careful and neat with shaping my nails. CiCi’s is clean and has a relaxing environment. Many of the instruments are one time use and the others are opened from a sealed pack in front of me. I get dip powder on my nails and gel on my toes with a spa pedicure. my polish lasts through my next visit. Comfortable furniture and Wi-Fi. Complimentary hot and cold drinks too. Been here 3 times w 3 different techs. All consistent, thorough and all made me so relaxed. Confidently recommend this place
I used TO LOVE coming here. I don’t know if management has changed or what but I WILL NEVER come back. I asked for a SHORT. Almond shaped French tip with a darker nude!!!! This lady named Lucy was so rude RUSHED my pedicure. I paid for an $80 pedicure that was done in 30 minutes????? Didn’t I pay for a longer massage??? On top of that my French tip is SOOOOO uneven. 100% will come back. I had a phenomenal experience! I scheduled a last-minute weekday appointment online, but they were very accommodating. I am SO ashamed that I didn't get the name of the tech who did a WONDERFUL job on my Champagne & Rose pedicure. She asked if everything she was doing was okay before and while doing it, which may annoy some people...but gives an opportunity for quiet clients (like me) to speak up and not feel intrusive!
