I used to really like this salon, but I’ve noticed the last three times I’ve came everyone that walks in gets asked if they would like something to drink, and I never do. I know it’s small- but makes me wonder.
This place smells like smoke. My daughter and I walked in and as we were told to pick colors, a lady comes up asking me to go sit. She grabs 2 nail color books and one of those rings. She doesn’t have to fill my nails, I’m getting them reshaped and repainted. She cuts most of my hands, pops my thumb twice. I tell her I’m looking for a chocolate brown. Always a great experience with my technician Sarah- she is so careful and neat with shaping my nails. CiCi’s is clean and has a relaxing environment. Many of the instruments are one time use and the others are opened from a sealed pack in front of me. I get dip powder on my nails and gel on my toes with a spa pedicure. my polish lasts through my next visit. Comfortable furniture and Wi-Fi. Complimentary hot and cold drinks too. I used TO LOVE coming here. I don’t know if management has changed or what but I WILL NEVER come back. I asked for a SHORT. Almond shaped French tip with a darker nude!!!! This lady named Lucy was so rude RUSHED my pedicure. I paid for an $80 pedicure that was done in 30 minutes????? Didn’t I pay for a longer massage??? On top of that my French tip is SOOOOO uneven.
