This past Saturday was my first time visiting CiCi Nail Bar and LOVED everything about it. The service was phenomenal. I will definitely be returning for my future appointments. Thank you Hanna & Julie!

The guy at the front rude. Had an appointment, get there they tell me no and take someone else. Look guy we just verified on the phone before I came. Stop tryna take to many customers at once. Now I see why they don’t have customers. They use to be packed but now I see alt of workers are gone. It looks like a ghost town nail shop now. I won’t be back and beware. If the attitude is not correct walk away.👎🏼

Overall, a pleasant experience, place well maintained and clean. This is my first time visiting this new establishment. I tried the basic pedicure just to test the quality of service. The person in charge of my pedicure didn’t introduce himself, which I find a bit odd, as I reserve the opinion to be a good practice to have and to exhibit in a business setting.

I used to really like this salon, but I’ve noticed the last three times I’ve came everyone that walks in gets asked if they would like something to drink, and I never do. I know it’s small- but makes me wonder.

This place smells like smoke. My daughter and I walked in and as we were told to pick colors, a lady comes up asking me to go sit. She grabs 2 nail color books and one of those rings. She doesn’t have to fill my nails, I’m getting them reshaped and repainted. She cuts most of my hands, pops my thumb twice. I tell her I’m looking for a chocolate brown.
