We were in the final stage of escrow when inspection revealed a broken service pipe to the city water pipe. We needed it fixed so we could close escrow on time. Cichy's was very tuned into our time schedules and really put in the extra effort to complete the project on time. The tech who came out called after his inspection and gave me complete information in language that I could easily understand. This is an unsolicited review. We had such a good experience, I thought it deserved recognition. These guys were so great to work with...especially their service personnel on site at our house. We had the main water pipe from the street replaced. I couldn't be happier. Thank you very much. Highly recommended!!!
