I have been a customer of Cicero Nails for years, which is why this experience was extremely disappointing. The technician who did my service was very aggressive and seemed to be rushing the entire time. I left with nail polish all over my fingers and scratch marks on my feet and legs. None of my nails are the same length, and they were cut down much shorter than I wanted without the technician asking how long I would like them. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and Emily is wonderful! When I show her a picture I found she happily says “I can do that”!And she never disappoints ! She is so creative! I love coming here!
