RecommendedI took my son to Cicero Family Eye Care for his first eye exam. We had a great experience. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and very personable. Going in my son was unsure about having to get glasses but by the time we left he was excited and can't wait to see his glasses when they come in. I could not have asked for a better experience!
Went there a few weeks ago because a different place I went to back in March (to remain un-named) screwed up my prescription. I ended up with double vision and vetrigo. So I went to Cicero Family Eye Care and they were great. From the moment I walked in the door everyone was nice and friendly. And Dr. Cutre was great! She determined that the previous prescription was wrong, and answered all my questions about the side effects I had been experiencing. Fantastic consumer experience, beginning to end. They took the time to answer all my questions honestly and make recommendations - very professional. Loving my new Nike glasses with the Crizal lenses. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience, and I'll definitely be back.
