Sent my partner’s prescription to the pharmacy with the wrong name and without proper coding. She is currently in extreme pain and this office is on lunch for an hour and not answering. How can you have no one to manage these things when patients are coming out of surgery. Please resolve this now. Update: Was told they were on lunch until 2PM. They messed up my root canal, I'll have to get it redone elsewhere. Do not go here for root canals, and honestly they seem like they don't have it all together over there.
This place does nothing but lie to string you along. Gets through the easy stuff and will screw you when it comes to doing anything important. They damaged several of my teeth during routine fillings and when it was time to correct them, they all of a sudden didn’t take my insurance, and wouldn’t fix their obvious mistakes. Avoid this place like the plague.
People say this is a good dentist. I don’t know if they’re racist or what but I’ve been having a terrible time I’m going to try again one more time on the 31st will be back to update on the review. -Muneerah Stackhouse
