2nd strike against Ciccarrello & Son. Our relationship started off great several years ago. Their plumber, Joe, is excellent. He was able to resolve my issues without problem. I was so happy with them that I decided to have them remodel a master bathroom. After having Carissa come over to the bathroom and meeting at her office twice about the remodel, she stopped replying to my calls and emails. I was so hoping to get on here after my multiple renovations were complete, to rave about how awesome this company is. Unfortunately, that is not the case. I wanted to replace the granite and sinks in our kitchen and did some research on the type of cabinets we have, to see if they are still being made because we wanted to build a set of cabinets for storage in another area of the home and wanted them to match.
