Went here for a visit and a followup visit, both of which lasted about 30 seconds, required me waiting about 30 minutes in the waiting room because they were behind, and cost me hundreds of dollars. They keep billing me another couple of hundred dollars every few months, despite the fact that I already paid for my appointments back in 2022, and the billing department just tells me I owe more money without any explanation. I will never go back here due to these shady billing practices and lack of care.
Dr. Mceown has a very fragile ego and doesn’t act like a professional.
Once they've done their procedure on you and get paid, they sure DGAF about you after that. Showed up for my followup appointment, arrived just 15 minutes late due to an accident and two construction zones while driving all the way across town to get there and they absolutely refused to see me, receptionist at the desk seemed especially upset that I wasn't there exactly according to her ironclad schedule and barked that I would have to 'come back another day'.....now if I was right on time, they would have put me in a small ... read more
I cannot recommend CIC enough. Amazing staff, physicians and results. I've been looking for answers to my leg pain for almost 7 years and Dr. McEown solved my problem in 2 visits. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurses were amazing.
