I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Cibola Village Apartments. I’ve only lived there for a short period of time but, the community is well maintained and peaceful, making it a comfortable place to come home to. The apartments are spacious with a nice layout, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. This is a nice complex to live at and unlike many complexes in the city, it’s quiet. The reason I took off a star was the parking. Too many times I’ve come home and have been unable to park in my assigned carport due to other residents and/or their guests who wanted to park there instead of free parking (which there is plenty of) or in their assigned carport. Sara and Brittany tried to help when they could but ultimately, none of us can control inconsiderate neighbors or their guests.
The leasing staff here are super nice and easy to talk to! They made everything really simple and actually seem to care about helping people out. Definitely one of the friendliest teams I’ve met while apartment hunting!
I have been super happy here. Nice units at a decent price for NE Heights with plenty of room. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, I’ve never waited more than a day and it’s all been taken care of no questions asked. Great team here. One of the few complexes around ABQ that hasn’t been bought up by some of the big companies yet and it shows.
Lovely apartments, management is very responsive and good grassy areas for dogs. I also met my wife here :)
