I have been super happy here. Nice units at a decent price for NE Heights with plenty of room. Maintenance is incredibly responsive, I’ve never waited more than a day and it’s all been taken care of no questions asked. Great team here. One of the few complexes around ABQ that hasn’t been bought up by some of the big companies yet and it shows.
Lovely apartments, management is very responsive and good grassy areas for dogs. I also met my wife here :)
Cibola Village should be your new home. I lived at Cibola Village for 2yrs and it was my first apt when I moved to New Mexico. I relocated sight unseen, so I had no idea what I would be moving into. I recently took a look at the Cibola Village Apartments, and I was really impressed. The apartments are modern and well-maintained, and the location is perfect for my needs. What really makes this place stand out, though, is the staff. Amnity and Brittany in the leasing office have been incredibly helpful and friendly.
