Great place to live. Brittany and Sara are amazing. The maintenance people are always great.
I JUST relocated here from Northeast Pennsylvania, and landing here at Cibola Village, was Completely by Accident, but it feels more like Fate. I was 1 week away from buying a Condo, and unfortunately, it may as well have Failed Inspection. My stay here in Albuquerque at Cibola Village has just been easier thanks Brittany and Sara I have stayed at several locations in NM and this has been by far the best and the location is amazin.
Cibola Village is a lovely place to live. The facility is clean and well maintained and the maintenance is prompt if something is needed. Brittany (the apartment manager) will always get things done whilst helping tenants and is always kind and professional in doing so. The community here is great and the apartments are spacious. Overall, I would recommend Cibola Village to others due to the quiet community, the cleanliness, the management and the beautiful and spacious apartments.
I recently had an excellent experience with Brittany at this exceptional apartment complex. She was remarkably responsive and attentive, always prepared to assist with any inquiries I had. From the moment I reached out, Brittany ensured that I felt comfortable and well-informed regarding all the information I needed.
