Very rude.!
Just had surgery there today & I didn't see any problem. The OR staff was so nice and the anesthesiologist I had was good. I was impressed that my surgeon took his nurse to do pre-op physical too. The anesthesiologist was the first to ever explain as why they all ask the same questions. So far, I have not encountered any problems.
