We went here on a Sunday evening. The place was not busy only a couple of tables were occupied! The place looks very nice and gives miami vibes with pop music. For the appetizers, we ordered the calamari, the cornbread and truffle dip… the cornbread was not bad but also was not great. The focaccia that came with truffled palomino has nothing to do with focaccia, the truffled dip has no truffle flavor or smell! My girlfriends and I had such a fabulous meal at Cibo inside the Cambria Hotel. The food was delicious and we were so spoiled by the manager of the restaurant and our fabulous waiters, Tabien and George. I cannot say enough about these Aries-loving men. If you want delicious food and drinks and to leave your meal feeling like you made friends with kind souls who make you feel fantastic, go to Cibo. As an aside, everyone at the Cambria made is feel great. Thanks, Nate!!
Had a fantastic lunch here. The food was flavorful, portions were satisfying, and the staff were genuinely friendly. I’ll happily return again.
