We were very excited to take my mother in law to dinner for her birthday and although I work in Roseville I had never been to Cibo 7. The service was a 2! It took 20 minutes to get water and bread and 30 to get a $100.00 bottle of wine. That only 2 of us were planning on drinking. The food and wine were definitely a 5, but the service ruined our experience. :(
