We were just disappointed with how front desk as well as doctor we saw had treated us and our newborn baby. In hindsight I think maybe their admin is just generally unorganized at this place so it makes for a stressful time for everyone involved.
🌟 A Thank You to Canada’s Healthcare System and CIBC Just for Kids Clinic 🇨🇦 Our 4-year-old had a high fever, so we took him to the Just for Sick Kids clinic at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Toronto. What we didn’t expect was for him to suddenly have a seizure—his first ever. As you can imagine, we were terrified. What happened next was nothing short of amazing. Took our 2yo in for an afternoon appt and everything was super smooth. Barely any wait, wasn’t too busy and the doctor we saw was down to earth, caring and efficient.
We had a referral to see someone about our newborn baby’s foot. WOW, the secretary lady and doctor we saw need serious training in social skills. And why do they work around babies if they seem to hate them? I think our baby girl was only around 3 weeks old at the time. My husband and I were running on very little sleep and we are new parents so we were still figuring out a routine with our baby girl.
