I was here today and can say nothing but positive things for all staff there 🙏 they made me feel comfortable and were very gentle and heart-felt. Thank you to all staff from the bottom of my heart ❤️ True angels work here ☺️
Came in for my first mammogram and felt at ease during the process. Was walked though each step and felt relief when told what parts might hurt so I could mentally prepare for it. Wasn't as bad as I expected
This was an exceptionally frustrating experience. I was referred to the breast clinic over a month ago. Was told to bring a cd with the imaging from my previous mammograms to my appointment which I handed to the desk when I checked in. When the doctor came to see me I was told they couldn’t really help me today because they didn’t have my previous images (which they did have because I brought the disc to my appointment). Girlfriend rang me on the phone crying after the terrible treatment she was given today. She said she was cut off mid-sentence by a tech that was clearly having a bad day, and then had the door shut in her face after she exclaimed that "the appointment was over". This procedure renders patients to a vulnerable state so they should be spoken nicely to, but this is an example of how NOT to run a clinic. Don't go here.
I have been coming to the BAC for 15+ years and throughout this period the staff have been truly professional but also friendly, compassionate and supportive. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
