Always nice and not busy
This branch should be shut down or its employees should be retrained completely. The poorest customer service ever and the most inefficient agents. Doesn't CIBC audit its branches?!! Such a waste of time for the customers and such a waste of money upgrading this branch! Shame!
I went to this branch to pay my mortgage payment and MIN help me to pay that very quick. I was not even 10 minutes in total in the bank and she was so nice and quick thank you so much min for fast and quick service 🙏
