I had a great experience here today. Isha helped me out and she was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to help me with all of my concerns. She quickly resolved my ATM card issue and then patiently answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Amazing customer service, thank you Isha!!
If you wanna see the worst customer service go to this branch. As soon as you enter the bank you see sad faces with no greeting. They will look at you like why you are there and why you are bothering them. They just don’t reply to your questions. They behave like they don’t even care about the customers.
