My husband’s been trying to get in and book appointments for over seven months. There’s been times where he shows up for his appointment and the person isn’t there. They have called to cancel because their parking lot wasn’t ploughed And there is limited parking and cancelled still even though He told them he would get dropped off for his appointment. Money and information has been Access.

I visited this branch on Feb 20, 2026 around 10:30 am to resolve an issue with my account. After verifying my identity, the staff member asked to check my unlocked phone for a message I couldn’t find, and later asked for my bank card while directing me to wait in the lobby. I felt uncomfortable because I was unable to see what was being done with my phone or my bank card.
