I have 68K in my account trying to transfer but CIBC keeps flagging my account as fraud and freezing my accounts. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. Getting emails that bills are past due or late cant pay them because my account is frozen. I told them I need money to eat and they replied sorry about the inconvenience absolute garbage will be closing all my accounts.

Workers are great, very helpful and nice but God knows how their system work. Trying to open an account with them is like pulling tooth. My debit card never came. Let's dive and explore CIBC versions shall we? So I went to the bank in person to see. 1.Your unit number was not put on hence your debit card was never delivered. So I went in and only needed a direct deposit form. I had lost my phone and my wallet the night before but had my bank card. The teller not Kristy but the other one told me I could not get my form because I did not have my Id or phone to confirm my identity although I could tell her exactly how much I had in my account right down to the cent and my last 5 transactions also right down to the cent.
