Workers are great, very helpful and nice but God knows how their system work. Trying to open an account with them is like pulling tooth. My debit card never came. So I went in and only needed a direct deposit form. I had lost my phone and my wallet the night before but had my bank card. The teller not Kristy but the other one told me I could not get my form because I did not have my Id or phone to confirm my identity although I could tell her exactly how much I had in my account right down to the cent and my last 5 transactions also right down to the cent.
