This place, along with all of CIBC, is a becoming total joke of an establishment, with the Airdrie locations being the worst. What used to be a proud and honorable Canadian company has now turned to absolute trash. No follow through, they don't call when they say they will, and they harass you by phone call frequently to talk about your investments Switching banks, there are a lot better options out there that actually offer customer service.
No service anymore, 1 Bank teller, 7 people in front of me and I have been here for 25min.
Truly terrible. I’ve never had an issue with CIBC before moving to airdrie. Both branches are incompetent.
