The worst branch putting incompetent people as a tellers.
The worse bank ever, waited 45 mins the lady her name is Pearl, super slow. While assisting me she left my work and discussed something else with her colleagues about another client which she was there 2 days ago. I kept telling her I gotta go work she didn’t care at all. The worse customer service ever. Will switch from CIBC to another bank!
