So Bad - Never experienced this bad service from any banks in Canada. Please get any other mastercard (like Rogers), and do not use Costco CIBC mastercard (yes, you can use other mastercard to check out at Costco). Somehow pin did npt work at Costco. Called the CIBC two times and reset pin 2 times on app and still didn't work but only showed "system error". Service is super slow had 2 tellers working with a line up of 7+ people for 1 replacement to take over and the other 2 too leave on lunch or somewheres and close their lanes with a massive line up , you would think they would deal with the line up before leaving one person to deal with a massive line. For customer service , the wait was will over 30 minutes should have been under 10 if they stay working
Very bad customer service just one advisor was helping and don’t know where he left too waited almost 25 minutes for him to comeback and then he can resolved customers issues They said only 20% customer met with advisor it’s not because of other 96% satisfied it’s because other didn’t get chance to met the advisor .
They were extremely under staff. 4 counter but they had only one teller thats ridiculous , I waited 45min to get my rolls, I felt so bad for senior people . Poor service
