Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. The teller (young gentleman with curly hair and glasses) was unprofessional and quite rude. A little courtesy goes a long way in customer service.
I went to deposit a check today around noon , only 1 teller was working, and helping someone , I waited 25 minutes to be served , but the teller was still attending the customer, I asked can we get some help here , she replied that she would be with me shortly , I waited 20 more minutes, but No one came to assist her , meanwhile few people behind me started to talk about it with me . I waited few more minutes , then I decided to leave. Now I m thinking to close my account . Thanks for not good service J Omari
