very good staff, homan was helping us for two hours and he was being very patient. despite the language barrier he was still able to give us a good sevice.

Extremely disappointing experience at this branch. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed no interest in helping customers. I felt completely ignored when I raised my concern, and there was no effort to provide a solution or even basic customer service. A bank branch should make customers feel valued and respected, but this was the exact opposite. I left frustrated and disappointed. Management seriously needs to improve their attitude and customer care skills.
Horrible people. Avoid this branch, i deposited a check here and they didn’t process it properly, i had to call the head office to correct their mistake. I only got my funds after almost a month and hours of my time on the phone following up. Horrible, avoid avoid avoid
