I have never been there and left feeling comfortable and happy. The staff have no courteous manner with customers and never show respect. They are always unwilling to listen to questions or customer inquiries and appear bored and disrespectful and give you the feeling that they are better than you or that they do not have time for you.
The staff, the manager—everyone here provides terrible service. Everything is completely messed up.
Chao Yang was incredibly helpful in resolving issues created by another branch. He was professional, efficient, and went above and beyond to sort everything out. Thank you Chao!
whoever that indian lady is- super disrespectful. wouldn't stop talking over me. wouldn't listen to what i was trying to say and wasnt willing to help. if i could give this branch a 0 rating i absolutely would. i dont recommend this branch to anyone. just opened the account and already closing it today due to my money i deposited is gone with no explanation.
The Indian Lady in the Customer service today(June-2-2025) was so rude, even though there were no customers around, she said she will give me a call so I can come back again to collect the bank statement later when it’s ready. She said it would be ready in the same day. Guess what? she didn’t call at all.
