Today, when I went to CIBC, there was a problem with my online banking account. The girl at the front desk found a Chinese translator for me. He was so excellent. I'm very grateful to him and the girl at the front desk for their service. They were amazing!
Staff members was free not doing anything not attempting any clients and when I visited for some important work they are giving me date like after 2 weeks and when I ask them I can wait here if someone cancel their appointment you can call me but they don’t want to do work They are just taking salary for doing nothing 🫡
