whoever that indian lady is- super disrespectful. wouldn't stop talking over me. wouldn't listen to what i was trying to say and wasnt willing to help. if i could give this branch a 0 rating i absolutely would. i dont recommend this branch to anyone. just opened the account and already closing it today due to my money i deposited is gone with no explanation.
The Indian Lady in the Customer service today(June-2-2025) was so rude, even though there were no customers around, she said she will give me a call so I can come back again to collect the bank statement later when it’s ready. She said it would be ready in the same day. Guess what? she didn’t call at all.
It's a nice and convenient location. I wish they can install new ATM machine, similar to Conestoga mall CIBC.
This branch is terrible. I've been trying to speak to a mortgage broker for months. I work during their business hours so I can only get in at limited times. Ive spoke on the phone with their mortgage broker and had set up a phone call meeting to which he never called back. I went to their branch on lunch breaks and was told he would be out in a few minutes and I waited 20+ minutes and he still didn't come out.
