The self serve branch is useless. They close the ATM at night, not sure why CIBC banking fees are high because the service or convenience doesn't exist anymore. Also one would think that a self serve bank would give all bill denominations from the ATM but clearly they don't care.
This bank is very difficult to work with, people don't have proper knowledge and they will keep passing you from one place to another, better to go with any other bank.
As a newcomer, it was so easy to open my first bank account in canada. All credits goes to jack and jenny there. They were very friendly and professional.
