Unprofessional and disrespectful. I had an appointment with financial advisor at 10:30. It turned out that he was I'll that day. But nobody informed me about that in the morning. I took a day off at my job to go there and this time was waisted. I consider this a disrespect for client's time. Surely I won't deal with that financial advisor anymore.
The self serve branch is useless. They close the ATM at night, not sure why CIBC banking fees are high because the service or convenience doesn't exist anymore. Also one would think that a self serve bank would give all bill denominations from the ATM but clearly they don't care.
This bank is very difficult to work with, people don't have proper knowledge and they will keep passing you from one place to another, better to go with any other bank.
