I cant believe how incompetent they are. Horrific. I took my mom there and they said her account is fixed. They had not done anything. Wooooowww. No accountability. I want to work for CIBC so I don't have to work at all and get paid.😮
Service at this cibc has recently improved in months. Maybe the cibc finally listened to the complaints about slow service. All the tellers booths were open and they helped me do what I needed to do quickly. In and out in 10 minutes
Terrible experience Will be looking into transferring to a different bank
