Never answer there phone, poor quality of service, and staff untrained to handle simple banking inquiries.
There was a guy who was very haughty and didn't want to help me at all. Had to call corporate to fix my problem, even then he refused another teller to speak to the corporate person on the phone for which I had to eventually turn on the speakerphone and had my problem solved within minutes
Terrible in every way.
Literally the worst service at its best. Called them at least 10 times since morning to see if my credit card has arrived, no answer, no call back. Drove the branch, the card hasn’t arrived, okay it wasn’t there fault. Then I asked to sign then e-advantage saving that I opened online, they have people talking to each other , walking around but the teller is saying everyone is busy and better to book appointment for next time. The branch is empty. No one is in the line. So disappointing
