The worst customer service EVER! Went in there this past week and the women were so rude and the security guy looked very creepy!? Corporate definitely needs to stop in this place because the service is unacceptable! Almost closed my account smh if I could give a 0 I WOULD
Having to file a human rights complaint and potential tort. Refused gov id. They demanded a passport from a First Nations youth.
Worst place ever, dont waste your time there, they are useless as can be, NEVER in my life have I been so disrespected and disappointed
I agree with all these negative reviews. This is the worst bank ever. They have no idea what they’re doing. It’s a joke. They don’t train their people. They don’t speak very good English. They have no money at this bank. So what’s the point of going to this bank What’s the point of this bank being even open
